Nevada has been setting record gambling revenue numbers for a couple of years now, but this past July was even more exceptional than usual. Gaming was able to generate over $1.4 billion for the state within those 31 days, which is an all-time high. Naturally, downtown Las Vegas and The Strip lead the way for the state, accounting for $1.2 billion of the total. Additionally, the casinos up and down Las Vegas Boulevard raked in nearly $835 million by themselves. The record gambling revenue for this year was a rise of 6.7% over last years revenue total of $1.3 billion….
