A new report has revealed that about 20% of adults in America have bet on sports in the past twelve months. But that doesn’t mean that all those bets have been legal, according to the Pew Research Center located in Washington, DC. The report was compiled from a survey of over 6,000 adults in the US, and finds that in addition ta making legal bets online and through a mobile sports betting app, people were still visiting casinos and making the occasional friendly wager with family and friends.
